Brown '79 Impulse Response Pack

The Brown ’79 IR Pack is built for players chasing that elusive, smoother, warmer, and more polished side of the early brown sound.

This pack is voiced for the more open, loose, and lively side of the early brown sound. Compared to the Brown ’78 pack, Brown ’79 has a softer top end, a wider feel, and a more relaxed mid-range response. It is still bright and clear, but not harsh or overly modern.

The goal was to capture the way those guitars sit in the mix on the second record. Big, raw, slightly spongy, and musical, with enough bite to cut without sounding stiff.

This pack includes 9 tone matched impulse responses split between two guitar styles:

5 Destroyer style captures
4 Black and White Frankenstein captures

Each IR was created to load quickly, feel familiar, and get you close without endless EQ tweaking.
